We all know how imperative customer service is for any business. The difference between a polite hello, and a rushed greeting, or a warm smile, and rolled eyes. Customer service can change people’s days. In business, and in life, we are constantly interacting with workers, from picking up your morning coffee, going to your gym, eating out at a restaurant with some colleagues. All of these places have workers who shape your impression of their business. Customer service goes further than the immediate gratification or dissatisfaction. Customer service is something that lasts with you, and will change your choices.
